Bill is doing great! he doesn't like rain and cold!! Me neither!! he did his pottying and came in, had a few treats and we sat on the couch, I had him in my lap and rubbed his little ears and his face he likes that!! tried to get him out one more time and he said "heck, no its cold out there!"
