Bear and Puggz 12/20/07

Went to see Bear and Puggz today...Guess they are a little shy. Didn't come out to see me. Cleaned their litter boxes and filled them with clean litter, added fresh step. Topped food bowl. Added fresh water to automatic waterer and dumped old water and added fresh water to silver bowl (will bring more water if needed). Called them a bunch of times. They didn't want to come out and play :( Set out some treats for them. Cleaned the litter mess on the floor (swept it up).
Brought in mail. Be back on Sunday :) maybe they will come out and let m eplay with them and Puggz will get some brushing !!

Autrey Girls 12/19/07

There at 1pm to see the girls. brought in box from outside. Girls went outside right away. Another beautiful day to play! They all scattered and did their pottying and then cait discovered a pile of leaves, Oh my! she wallowed in it! then the others tried to join in got some great pics, will try to get them from my iphone over to my pc and get them to the blog. they were really having a good time outside today. Tails waggin and running allover! back in for a chicken treat and some laptime. Cait was first today, them Maggie, Daisy then Abby. Abby stayed a lot longer today, she seemed real comfy just getting petted and talked to. Then they seemed to get ansy and we went back outside for awhile. Chased some birds, barked at the neighbor dog. Then Maggie and Daisy and Cait started fence jumping, I threw the chain and yelled no and they stopped except for Cait and I yelled no Cait and she finally stopped then i got them to the other side of the yard for a few minutes then back in and in the crates and a treat each.. Bye bye Merry Christmas! Love you Girls!! be good!!!

Autrey Girls 12/18/07

Saw the girls today at 1pm. Everyone pooped and peed immediately upon getting outside!! LOL
Spent a little longer time outside today because it was so nice. Those little girls just follow me everywhere!! Well, mostly Maggie, Daisy and Abby...Cait kinda runs around looking for stuff!
We came in and had a chicken bite (I saw the broken up ones already gave them one piece each) and then we went into the living room for laptime! Maggie was first this time, she has really become a calm sweet baby!! she gave me lots of loving and I gave her lots of back scratching!!! and ear scratchin!! sweet girl! then Cait came up, not for long, she saw something in the window!! abby was next, lots of loving to her, she seems to be afraid she is going to miss something!! and My dear little Daisy waited patiently! she said last is best! got her up in my lap and we snuggled and that girl has the cleanest nose in Texas from lickin it so much!! she just stretches back and lets me rub her neck and her ears and belly!...very sweet angel-baby!! ok time to go back out!! did some more pottyin, barked at the neighbor dog, no fence jumping, good girls!!
so then we played a little chase..cait ran one way and I ran another way so the girls didn't know which way to go, so daisy, abby and maggie were allover the place! they were just having a lot of fun and waggin their tails!!!
back in had a treats and back in their crates! bye til tomorrow!!

Autrey Girls 12/13/07

Abby and Daisy met me at the door! sweet babies!! let the girls out to do their things.. It had just warmed up a couple degrees and the sun came out so they were running allover and chasing birds. We came back in and had a 2 chicken strips (among the four of them) then Cait and I got down to business....I brought my little kitty clipper.. The front nails weren't that big of a struggle first paw she fought me, then she relaxed a bit for the 2nd one. I let her rest after that and she licked me..awwwwww...then the hind paws came..OMG!! she didn't like it one bit.. One paw down..took a breather.. 4 nails down...almost done..meanwhile sisters are runnin allover!!! one more nail to go....she lets me do it without a peep!!! tada!!! back ones aren't as short as front because she wears them down running in the yard. She was a good girl!! kicked and screamed a bit, but she was good...then I gave her a little cheese training bit I keep in my pocket and she was all happy and gave me lots of kisses!. then we did lap time for everyone and I got more kisses from all the girls and we went back outside and chased birds and pottied some more!! back in and everyone back into their kennels waiting on their yummies and I told em all I loved em and to have a great weekend and be good to mom and dad!! and I would see em Tuesday!!!

Autrey Girls 12/11/07 pics and post

saw my girls at 12 today. Did Maggies nails. Cait was allover us til it was her turn, then she did flips I have never seen an animal do! LOL Will have to go back to have Mom hold her :) besides that everyone was great, we went out and everyone did their thing. Maggie and Cait started jumping on the fence by the neighbor dog , I told them no and Maggie stopped right away, told her she was a good girl, Cait took a little more work. Daisy and Abbie sort of stuck by me after the finish their pottying. Went inside and did some lap-time and had a couple treats. Back outside they all finished up and ran around a little. Came in and I wiped their paws, since they got muddier this time! got some treats and everyone scattered into crates! funny how Abbie and Cait end up in the same crate most of the time! LOL I am posting pics of my Autrey babies!! all of them are sweet and loving and good girls as usual!!!

Babygirl Ordway rehomed (Happy Story)

I have been grooming Babygirl for over 2 years. Her mom Margie had passed away last year and Gary (husband) continued his best to care for Babygirl. He called me the other day and told me he felt he was neglecting her becasue he worked so much and could I find her a new home.. Well, I did!! Another client Lahoma Long , her husbands grandmother was looking for a little dog. These two are a perfect match. The grandma and Babygirl were made for each other and hit it off right off the bat! Grandma didn't want a pup that was a crazy little puppy she needed to train and was full of energy, she wanted a cute little lapdog... Babygirl was used to being a cute little lapdog and laying beside Margie all the time (Margie was bedridden), so these 2 were just perfect for each other . I am so happy they each have someone to love.. Gary made the right decision right on Gary! :)

My Rocky

Took my boys to the vet the other day for annual check ups and poor Rocky has an infection of some sort he is on antibiotics for 2 weeks!! poor baby ... his urine showed excessive protein and a small trace of blood and his PH was over 7.5 which is a little high too..poor kid well, now we know why he has been tinkling allover the house. We aren't sure whether its a UTI or a bladder thing but hopefully this antibiotic will take care of it....

Autrey Girls 12/6/07

My angel babies!!! getting better everytime I see them . That cait is fast as lightening, she doesn't miss a thing! if someone is gettin a treat she has her mouth half way down their throat! LOL she enjoys her laptime and she really calms down for it..nice to see her so docile when she gets her petting. I get to get a good look at her and talk to her.. Abby is so afraid she is gonna miss something same for Maggie, she wants up but if she sees something she misses out on laptime and then wants to come back when its someone else turn! I alswys make a little room and time for her to get a few minutes! LOL she loves her back scratches her legs go 90MPH!
they are all doing great! I will see them on Tuesday!!!

Autrey Girls 12/4/07

The girls were great as usual!! we all went out to do their business and small everything. Maggie was a good girl when it came time to the neighbor dog, I just told her no and she didn't jump or anything crazy :) we went to the other side of the yard and Maggie and Cait found a nice big fat bug!! they were so excited!! they Abby wanted in on it too. Daisy just looked at me like "ew".. LOL we went inside and had a little treat (chicken chewy strip) and we did our lap-time. They each now when its their turn! too cute!! back outside for a last call, back in for a little snack and cage time...great girls!!
